That kind of thing isn’t random.  It may be automatic though.  My first suspicion is that you’re hitting something with the heel of your hand or something when you do something else

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Observe yourself when using the thing to see what you’re hitting, then stop doing it.

Alt tab,  alt in general, maybe ctrl.

Well there you go then. Alt wouldn’t do it though.  In combination with another maybe.

but i cant stop using alt tab becuase i like to multi task, also it pops up randomly when hitting nothing.

Popping up when hitting nothing is odd.  Could be a dying key.

I just bought my pc and keyboard 2 weeks ago!

Then sadly you’re right in the window for burn in failure.  It’s a thing that sometimes happens to electronics.  It’s a major reason for the 90 day warranty length.  Stuff can pass quality control because it works, but there’s a crap solder joint or Mia crimped bit or something that’s only good for a few uses. So the possibility is real.  Luckily keyboards are modular.  There are more or less two kinds these days: rubber dome and mechanical.  If you’ve got rubber dome it’s a prime time to get mechanical.  They’re a lot louder but they last multiple times as long.  Cheap ones are actually cheaper than throw away rubber dome keyboards in the long run.  Ones with standardized replaceable switches will often last the lifetime of the user.  The old buckling spring mechanical keyboards IBM used to bundle with their machines are often still going and are worth more now than they were new.  I’ve gone through maybe 6 rubber dome keyboards at $10-12 a piece that adds up.

well i have this keyboard : https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Keyboard-Hotswappable-Mechanical-822-W1-15US-KR/dp/B08VNT29L1/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1GKOONBSEBD52&keywords=z15+keyboard&qid=1663894551&sprefix=z15+keyboa%2Caps%2C132&sr=8-3   its mechanical. I don't think the keyboard is the  issue, any of possible "Auto launch settings" or something?

Ooh! Hot swappable switches.  I’d buy a few extra switches because one or two are eventually going to eat it. In theory with those the thing should last you the rest of your life.  In fact if you’re doing it anyway that’s not a bad way to do testing.  Find out which switch is bad  and swap it.  Then send it in for warranty replacement.  This is the beauty of hot swappable switches.  The keyboard may outlast the company that made it though so some replacement parts could come in handy years from now.

in the box it came shipped with there was like 5 or 6 switches if you needed replacement. but i dont really think its the keyboard, this has only started happening a few days ago, i have had the keyboard for 2 weeks, and i bought my pc 2 weeks ago also.

So much win.  Just use those.  It’s possible it’s the frame, in which case you need to replace it, (again warranty) but the OS is getting that command from somewhere.  It could be a wonky key switch or you’re just hitting something without meaning to. (Still the one I’m betting on) It doesn’t seem like an OS problem.  Settings problem maybe. But unless you messed with those I kinda doubt it.  There’s a way to put all your windows settings back to default but it’s escaping me.

It does.  This one is apparently about using an out-of-date and short lived version of win10.  Specifically 1903.  I just automatically assumed you were updated to the current one as that version actually predates your machine purchase by 6 months or more.  If that is the issue “check for updates” will solve that one.  As annoying as Microsoft is keeping windows on -current is pretty critical.  Even then it’s not super secure, but it’s best to not be low hanging fruit for the black hats.
