My super quite PC always scares me when I turn it on

My system is super quite and also has no lights to indicate it is on. I only hear the relay from the power supply, wait 5 or so seconds, here a post beep fans ramp and post. Every time I turn this thing on I scare myself XD Any of you have something similar?

When I start my pc my fans ramp up a little then go back down right away, I think its just because the fan settings arent loaded right away or something like that.
