Good Cheap Multimeter

Hi,

I am starting to get into electronics and therefore need a multimeter. I would like to pay about $30-40.

I've found an Extech EX410 on ebay for about $30, so an opinion on this would also be nice.

I'd rather not have autoranging.

I went to Bunnings (chain hardware store in Aust) and bought one, it was like $8 or $12... there must be something similar for you.
