Touchscreen scrolling in Windows 7?

Hi,

 

since Windows 8 isn't running that well on my HP TX2550eg, i installed Winodows 7 yesterday. The "problem" is, i don't seem to be able to scroll inside the Explorer, IE, nor Firefox. There is an extension for Firefox available that would allow me to use my Finger, but that isn't really what i want.

 

Everywhere i look it says, Windows 7 should be capapble of scrolling with your finger. It crossed my mind, that maybe the Synaptics Driver for the touchpad is responsible for that beaviour...but i tried deinstalling it...didn't change anything...

 

Any Ideas, apart from reinstalling Windows 8 again? ;)
