Rumors say two days before launch which is the 27th, so you're looking at the 25th for the embargo to be lifted. I'll be surprised if sooner.

It was pushed back to Sept 27th. Some said it was related to BIOS issues or something. If you go on AMD's website, it shows you the launch is now the 27th.
