New build PC not starting up

I bought all of the parts, except the graphics card from this build, because I already had one gifted to me, but my pc won’t start up when I put it together. The only thing that happens is the blue light flashes quickly. This is my first pc, and would appreciate any tips and help 🙂

Verify that your cpu is not an F model? If so that means you cannot boot without a dedicated graphics card as you do not have integrated graphics with that CPU.

Didn’t know I could quote, but I check and it isn’t an F model
