I have this connector for the  Pre installed fan Fan on my case but don't know where it goes help

Most likely the RGB controller that comes with the case

but I could be wrong

I know this support article is for the NX410 case, but given that Antec makes a few cases that are very similar in functionality, I'd guess this is probably the RGB LED signal cable that allows the Fan's RGB lights to be controlled by the LED button on the case.

 Thanks but even if that's the case I still can't figure out why the fan won't turn on
