Im curious if anyone know's what Kyle (from engineering)'s accent/dialect is. 

Nothing malicious pure curiousity as it has been bugging me for quite some time. Im from Denmark myself, but his voice gives me associations to the time i worked in Germany.

mITX is awesome! I regret nothing (apart from when picking parts or have to do maintainance *cough*cough*)

Makes sense in terms of the associations it gave me.

I knew a few Dutch people back then and IIRC Dutch and Afrikaan are related.

Yep, South Africa was settled by the Dutch, the people who settled there decided to break off from the Netherlands and form their own country.
