The only difference is that there is only an iGPU instead of a CPU and a GPU

                    The build is exceeding the budget but it's not a big deal. We aim approximately around this price.

If you are not gaming I think the 4750G would be the better choice.

If you don't need a GPU (which I'm pretty sure you don't, not aware of music software that are GPU bound), the 4750G is the better CPU in every aspect.
