I'm wondering if I continue that my PC will just take ages to do certain actions, such as: Booting, File Transfers & Downloads.

file transfer and download will depend on the connection to a specific drive, and won't slow down when adding more drives because those other drives don't need to be referenced.

As for booting, you may notice a slight increase in BIOS time due to more devices initializing, but this may be too subtle to make any real difference.

Hi.

Storage has always been a problem with me when it comes to PCs. Recently i've started stuffing my PC with SeaGate Ironwolf HDD's and I'm curious if it's a sensible decision?

I'm wondering if I continue that my PC will just take ages to do certain actions, such as: Booting, File Transfers & Downloads.

Is this a bad idea or another way of pursuing this?
