What's the best heatsink for an M.2 2242 SSD?

I just got myself a T440p and learned I can fit an M.2 SATA SSD and can easily
buy a Transcend one with a capacity up to 512GB on eBay.

 

However, to ensure it doesn't throttle, I would need a good heatsink so
I looked online for the best M.2 heatsinks which are, of course 2280s
so I would have find a way or someone to saw them in half.

Though I'm wondering if I really need to settle for an expensive high-performance one or if
a cheap and cheerful heatsink off of eBay would do just as fine.

You don't need a heatsink for a SATA SSD.  They don't get hot like the new gen NVMe drives.

I have Thermalright HR-09 and HR-09 Pro.. they work well. Hopefully I can use them on new gen stuff.

I just checked those. They're way too big to put into a laptop with those big radiators on top!
