Well title kind of gave it away, but anyways im looking for a good video card that will do what I want to do.

Im planning on just gaming really, I dont have a huge budget to spend (Max around 200$)

Im used to playing on a crappy laptop and using the garbage intel graphics in it, so basically even playing Minecraft I cant get 30 fps on lowest settings.

I basically just wanna be able to play all of the latest games at Medium-Ultra settings at 1080p

Atleast medium settings should be fine, at 1080p

Im trying to cut costs wherever I can, as taxes are crazy where I live (Like 13%)

A few I was thinking of were

Radeon R7 265
Radeon HD 7850/7870
Radeon HD 7770
GeForce GTX 750 ti

Get the 270/7870.

For some perspective:

7870, 270 > 265, 7850 > 750 Ti > 7770.

Honestly, save another 50 and get a GTX 760 it's well worth it

But with that price I would go 270

What does the rest of your build look like?  Maybe we can cut costs elsewhere to get you a better GPU.  For 60+ fps on most games at 1080p, you need an R9 280X or GTX 770.

For less than $200, a R9 270 will be your best option, or for $225, the GTX 760 is a very nice option.

Yea I would totally spend a few more dollars and get the 760, and maybe a pretty good one. That way you'll be able to have an adequate amount of cooling for oc'ing.

Wanna hang out with me and people like @Theslsamg, @ Ssoele, @BENTHEREN, @Lanoi, @Whiskers, @_ASSASSIN_, @Looney, @WunderWuffle, and @nsyedhasan. Well.... Check out: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/48484-unofficial-linustechtips-teamschnitzel-server-teamspeak/

The 265 is just a rebranded 7850 and the 270 is a rebranded 7870.
