so i play roblox yes i know im a loser but i play a lot of phantom forces so i get a message in my discord and it looked like somebody i knew what see is a file i download it and then it installs then i found out that it is a virus now it is like a information stealing one called jjsploit i am wondering if anybody knows how to delete this i cant change properties or use uninstall a program what do i do.

I’m not sure how extensive the damage of this virus is but it also could be a Trojan, honestly it is very hard to get rid of them once they’ve injected themselves into the system you can try one thing malwarebytes which is a piece of software and free that I will allow you to clean your machine up but honestly if you have the knowledge of know how I would strongly recommend reinstalling your machine to further prevent any information taken off your machine

Ask your parents to activate Parental Controls on your computer please.

ok i really dont want to reset my machine i dont really care because it really is a weak ass virus but i might try that software

Do a full system scan with Malwarebytes. You might want to reboot into Safe Mode to do the scan.

You will also want to change your passwords on your email and Discord accounts at a minimum, and make sure you have two-factor authentication enabled.

Make sure your legitimate antivirus tools are running as administrator. Running in Safe Mode should give them access too.

ive tryed malwarebytes and it did not work but i have changed most of my passwords

IMHO, the only way to make it really sure the system is secure after downloading and installing a malware, is to start fresh.
