HWInfo64 reporting wild frequency

Solved it, but for anyone who was interested, it is Core Isolation and W11, specifically affecting 10th gen and older Intel CPUs.

 

Seems Throttlestop still reports accurate frequency though.

Never used to do this before after over a year of use. Strange behavior, even after reboot. Nothing that I'm aware of has changed, no updates, whatever.
