I'm looking for an mATX case which has a subtle (minimalist?) design and I noticed the Fractal Design Arc Mini R2. Has anyone used this case? How is it to build in?

Can anyone recommend any good mATX cases around that price range which has that sort of look?

Also, any thoughts on the Node 304? Can it fit a tower cooler, and if so what height?

Thanks, FizzyFantom.

the node 304 is an itx case and they just came out with a Node 804 which is like the 304 but mATX, but for that i would get the 350D

The 350D seems a good option. I know the Node 304 is an ITX case, I'm asking for a seperate build :)

DEFINITELY go for the 350D. The best looking micro atx case in my opinion.

Node 804 is the sleekest IMHO but If MITX is an option I would go for the 304

I think PCPartpicker has a built in compatibility thing for tower coolers

I personally have had a 350D and Arc Mini R2. I hated the 350D, it had bad cable management, not many drive cages, and I didn't like the general look of it. It was also quite large. I have the Arc Mini R2 and it's heaven to me, has awesome cable management, lots of hard drive bays, mb tray SSD mounting, and it looks better imo. The only major downside is that the PCI slots are 4+1 so if you're planning on using 2 gpus and a sound card per-say you can't do that.
