HI I REALLY NEED HELP

I started using obs replay buffer to clip my games, i separated my up audio into 2 tracks (Just my voice and the game) and until now it works perfectly, not a single issue till date. But just today when i was recording, i notice distinct double audio in my tracks, i hear almost echo-y and it sounds so hollow and honestly disgusting.

 

i tried some trouble shooting but i found out i can fix it if i seperate my audio into 3 tracks.

 

track 1 - game

track 2 -  my voice

track 3 - desktop audio

if i mute the desktop audio then its perfect once again, but that would mean that my discord will be muted in my recordings....

 

this has never happened to me before, why did obs started to act up now and what is the fix?

Can you tell apart which part of the audio is dobled? Your voice or the game sounds? Or everything?
