Windows advanced audio settings help

Im using Beyerdynamics 1770 dt pro with a Fiio K5 pro amp. Im wondering if i should choose the highest option here ( 32bit, 384000 Hz ) Im quite techy but audio/studio setup is quite new to me.

select the highest one that works with your setup, and stick with it, there is no reason to go lower when most things arent even above 16 bit 192khz as far as im aware but correct me if im wrong.
