Computer beeping when trying to post?

Any pattern to the beeps? Check your motherboard manual to diagnose the code.

Might have to check ram or reseat heatsink.

In my experience, continuous beeps tend to be RAM errors of some kind. Might not be for your board though. What motherboard do you have?

Ech, seems like its time to let go of my old(6 years) computer and build a new one.
