5600x slowly becoming a hot potatoe

Got a 5600x with a corsair h450 liquid cooler and currently getting 76c while gaming.Ambient room temp 35c.
The strange thing  about that is that with the same ambient temps and while playing the same games,i used to have 70c max.At first I thought it was a dust issue so I cleaned everything I could see with a pc airduster but still getting  the same temps. My question is,what might be the reason behind the increase in the degrees when all the other parameters are the same?

You sure its the same ambient temp? 35c is pretty hot. If yes, then repaste and make sure cooler and MB bracket is tight

It get down to 29c ambient temp at night, but the same rise in temps while gaming presists. Could you show me a decent tutorial on how to do it? Im good with my hands but dont know how. Also, should I change the cpu fan curve via bios?If yes,how much should i increase the rpm?

You can also just use paper towel.. Dosen't really matter in real world testing. Just make sure to remove any leftover paper.
