Msi Ventus 2080, LOD problem (HELP NEEDED!!)

hi,i recently baught a MSI ventus 2080, i did a clean driver update, and I realized that its having problems loading texture, especially mid and far away texture, I need to get really close or zoom into them to see their full texture, It never happened to me before, what should i do?

see in this is how the texture should be, but if i walk 7 meters away from it 

i get this, this happens to my outher games as well, grass poping out of no where, trees leaves disapear and appre when im close, and far away objects look blurry, i tierd Geforce experiance to sharp it up but it still dont look good at all,

same things with shareds too, only objects that is close to me have shades
