Streaming Services soft crash PC

streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, etc. cause my pc to freeze and requires a force shutdown.

this issue has only been happening the past few months

i have a 3070, r7 5800x, 16gb ddr4 3600MHz, win 10 pro, latest windows updates and gpu drivers.

whenever i use these services, withoout fail, but inconsistently my whole computer will freeze, i can still move mouse and click on some things but nothing loads or opens.

i can open start menu and click shut down, but nothing will happen and i need to hold power button to turn it off.

this happens will all of the stream services whether i use Chrome/Edge or even the microsoft store apps. It can happen after an hour of watching or even 10 minutes.

It has even happened with just the netflix home page open and no video playing.

i can play games for multiple hours with no issues and YouTube works fine too.

Using 3 monitors, two 1080p, one 1440p UW

help me please
