Isn't there some underneathe that daughter board thing?

What case? What do you mean?

 

You mean only two holes? Did you look a lot? That's not something that just isn't put into a motherboard.

Sorry. I mean it only haas 2 standooffs holes. Crosair 250d has 4 standoffs pre installed I think (right?) and they don't really align

I believe you're supposed to unscrew two of the screws that hold down the heatsink on the daughter board, and use those.
