Is there a way to record a Discord call with your own audio when its set to voice activity?

Other than the bot which can record your audio being in the call, is there other methods?
I dont want to be recorded when I am not talking.

you could set up the same noise gate on your recording software of choice, if not using a bot to record the call itself, you'd have to make use of something that records two sources either way (discord audio and your own mic's audio), so you can record your own with a noise gate, and the rest of discord without.
