PC doing random things

This was my first build and its 4 weeks old. The first 3 weeks went by fine but now it started doing random things. When I turn it off over night the next day the boot sometimes has problems in sequence like: freezes after 1 min, boots but no video and then nothing happening when i press the power on(no fans,no led on motherboard, no led on startup button), after that if i wait 5 min it boots fine and works. The past 2 days all my usb devices disconnect at random and after 10-15 sec the pc freezes and doesn't respond to holding down the power button, the usb devices don't reconnect or the devices don't fully reconnect like leds turn on but mouse+keyboard don't work. The freezes don't happen under load. From the start haven't really touched BIOS Settings except changing ram profile to xmp. The first time it froze i had to repair corrupted windows files using safe boot but now when it freezes it finds no corrupted files.

 

specs:

CPU: i5 12600k

GPU: asus 3070ti

Motherboard: asus h670-plus d4

RAM: Crucial 2x8GB 3200hz

PSU: Rog 750W

Cooler: dark rock 4

OS: windows 10 64-bit

 

Tested the PSU alone and it worked fine.

I haven't tried any other fixes because honestly its kinda hard to describe everything that is going wrong and don't know where to start.

 

Update:

Lost 4h of time overnight.

Updating BIOS didn't help

Motherboard. My Asus TUF Gaming B550 was doing the same stupid stuff about once every 8-9 cold boots. Of course, since then, I've had another machine refuse to boot with one of the DIMMs from that machine also... So... chicken / egg argument there.

Forgot to add that it also loses time overnight.

The clock isnt working properly and abit off by a few minutes/hours?

 

In that case change the cmos battery as its likely dead

Same thing happened today overnight it lost 4h of time and I had problems booting it up.

First boot the led on the motherboard was stuck on boot, the monitor turned on but no video. The second boot no leds, not video. And third boot no leds,no lights, no fans nothing. Then after 5 min of being unplugged from the wall it booted fine.
