Asrock Taichi X570 and I think I have the latest. I will check. I think your right, there may be one more update.

Just replace my 3900x with a 5800X3D. For some reason its not going over 3400Ghz. I know that is slow, the 3900x was around 4.4Ghz boosted. What setting did I miss. The ram is at 3200Ghz and running fine. No idea what to do. Thanks.

Did you update your motherboard to the latest bios?  What motherboard do you have?

Laptop: M2 Macbook Air / 8G ram / 8core CPU / 10core GPU / 512GB SSD

NAS: Synology 1821+ , 2x Synology RS819 = 200TB
