I just bought my NZXT Krarn Z73, let me make this as simple and easy to follow for you guys.

My issue: The AIO is pumping and cooling the CPU, but the LCD screen is black and is not being detected by CAM software.

What I've tried to do: I have tried unplugging the Kraken USB into a different motherboard header, resetting my PC, uninstalling CAM and reinstalling, none have worked. I've confirmed the USB header is installed correctly on the motherboard, the empty pin goes on the bottom right corner.

The USB is not being detected by Device Manager when I unplug and replug the header into the motherboard.

I know the screen is not defective because it turned on initially when I booted up my new PC, but since I've been messing with the USB because I could not change RGB settings in the CAM software, it was since turned off and has been black ever since.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there another software I can download to see if it recognizes my USB connection on the bottom of my motherboard? I was unplugging and replugging the USB in several times, so maybe I messed up the wiring there and the cable is defective now? I honestly have no other ideas on what to do. Let me know if you guys want pictures or any other info that may be helpful.
