No display after installing second ram

I just bought new motherboard so I was switching everything back to new motherboard and now when I have only one stick of ram in it is working fine but when i put second stick of ram then I have no signal on monitors. yesterday that ram was working fine.

We need some more specifics. What motherboards, what CPU, what RAM (specific model numbers are helpful, if Corsair memory include version numbers as well), etc.

Which of the sticks is it? Does it matter in which slot you put it?

the one without passive cooler. it doesn't work in any slot. but i have another problem. my pc boots into windows but i cant get into bios. I have no signal on display until im in windows and spamming del doesn't work
