Dying Graphics Card?

I have a gtx 570 that was pre owned by my brother in law. I got it about one and a half years ago and my games aren't running as fast as usual and my monitor says no connection and then goes back and shows the game again. Please help, if there is anyway I can trade with someone I will be happy to trade. I am not sure if there is a warranty on it but if there is its probably run out so I don't think thats an option.

What are the temperatures when you're using it?

Try to test it on another system. It could even be your psu or Dvi-vga cable.

You can also clean it or replace the thermal paste. See if that does anything. It could be a cable, or maybe psu, or some sort of driver or something else. IDK there are lots of different issues that could have happened.
