Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL usb-c dock Display "Not Active"

Hardware:
Lenovo ThinkBook G2 ITL i5/mx450
USB-C dock SSK ‎SC200 (worked for 4 months before the update)
2 Lenovo S24e-20 monitor attached with HDMI to the dock
Problem:
I was in a Teams call, Lenovo Vantage did an update for driver, saw the audio driver updating and they stopped working , same as the 2 monitor. So i did a reboot (Vantage was asking for it).
From this update the display stopped working with the USB-C dock, they display in windows setting but grayed out and in advanced setting says "Display 2 not active " "Display 3 not active". They work plugged directly in the notebook or with USB-C -> HDMI adapter
What i tried
Updating or downgrading Nvidia and Intel driver, checking I/O , Thunderbolt, chipset driver. I tried with another laptop same model, same result. Even in intel graphics software i have the option to "activate" the monitor but nothing happens. Also tried to clean "monitor history" in regedit.
