new pc build restarts randomly

CPU 5600x 

Gpu MSI 3070 ventus 2x

Gskill Ripjaws V 16Gb  3600

MOBO b550 gamin edge wifi

PSU gskill 750 watt

SSD Samsung 980evo 1tb 

Case LianLi 011 air mini

AMD stock cooler

 

New build not my first but still new to building. At first worked fine with windows 11. after about 2 week started getting random restarts and a few boot loopes when gaming.  Warzone or apex.  then started restarted when running anything. this is the second set of ram first was corsair 3gb 3200. Reapplied thermal paste because when check looked dry and had spot of non contact. tried reinstalling windows 11 then tried reinstalling windows 10. now pc restarts when intalling windows. was apple to install but now restarts when picking the startup options. I bios everything is fine no oc applied. plz help
