Networking issues

I have noticed for a little while now that i been having networking issues where my network/router lags out or becomes sluggish and i have to either restart or even that won’t work. I do have a lot of wifi devices connected 6 smart light bulbs, 2 apple tvs, 2 smart tvs, 2 ipads, 3 iphones and 2 gaming pcs. I even bought a pair of tp-link deco w2400 to try and alleviate my isp modem but that has not work. Any thought on how i can fix it or something?

No you explain yourself better. What is your network setup and what do you mean "sluggish", on what level?
