What’s wrong with the one you got listed? It’s got a mesh front so the fans are not strangled.  Unless you’re doing a heavy overclock it’s not going to produce a ton of heat.  Basically anything with an open front or side, and that has enough height (width) for the cooler which is listing as 157mm) will work. One trick I heard is if you don’t know the clearance of the case look at it’s exaust fan.  If the fan is 120mm or larger you’ve probably got at least 160mm of clearance.   One thing that must be worried about with cheap cases is they can come without fans, so the price effectively goes up because you have to buy additional fans.  There are probably cheaper cases that would work, but that seems to fit your budget.  Do you want the cheapest thing possible?  The cheapest thing is screw everything to the wall and don’t buy anything but a box of screws.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

GN reviews a lot of cases. You could look there for what they like.  Most cases have 2 usb, but it depends a lot on what kind of USB. You could get a case with just usb 2.0 on the front for $35 new.  The USB consortium really didn’t help with that gen garbage. Usb 3.2 gen 1 is basically usb3.0, usb 3.2 gen2 is basically 3.1, and only 3.2 gen2x2 is actually 3.2. USBC ports can be effectively anything from 3.0-thunderbolt.  All the connectors are different though so you might need an adaptor at the very least.
