How do i unplug psu cable from the wall connecting to the psu do i just pull?

After you turn off your PC & PSU, yes.

Unless you are using some sort of special ionno what brand of PSU that comes with non removable power cord.

Technically, the safe way is to grasp the plug end of the cord, pulling firmly from the wall socket. I've read that just yanking it by the cord can damage the wall socket.

Like we're trying to tell you on Discord, just unplug it. Its not screwed in. In your picture below, the switch is ON. Turn it off and pull the cable out.
