Planning Gaming Only PC for Girlfriend $800-$1200

Budget (including currency): $800-$1300 USD pushing past is acceptable

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming, RDR2, Detroit BH, Stray, Minecraft. Video editing and digital art.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

A lower cost would be better, as this budget includes peripherals like a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. She has no pre-existing parts and neither do i. A good resolution of 1080p with 60-100fps on mid-high settings.

Requested a pink/hello kitty-esque pc case, basically all pink if possible.

About what id recommend

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/K79Nxs

The 12400f isn't the most steller choice for things like video editing, but it's a great choice for games.

Cheap aftermarket cooler that's pink

Good board for the price

Cheapest kit of 16gb ram

Cheap 1tb storage

Similarly perfroming gpu to the 2060s with the 6600xt slightly edging it out in raw perfromance.

Pink case with airflow

Decent psu.

Beyond my pc recommendation, you can move around the rest as you please since keyboard and mouse are heavily subjective, so she can choose a different company color or ect.

I'd want to put a 1440p 144hz monitor in here just for it being a stong balance for visuals in perfromance, but that'd be over budget  and just a suggestion to keep in mind

This is what I would recommend. You can scale back to a RTX 3050, if necessary, but I would definitely recommend the RTX 3060. Recommend adding RGB case fans at a later date.
