Jobs for Disabled people

I mean a lot of stuff is currently being done in that area, so yeah. More so cancer researches and whatnot. Think people who are born with cancerous cells, that make them disabled somehow. By the time people solve those, we might have also increased the average lifetime of humans who suffer from cancer at old age, etc. Technology for health is great, however I'd assume the rich would obviously be able to reach it before others... as with the usual.
