ASUS RTX 3070 KO Fan Noise

Hello I recently picked up a used RTX 3070 KO but I've noticed that when the fans ramp up a noticeable periodic "wrring" sound can be heard. I checked the gpu when it was running and noticed that one of the fans was slightly wobbly. I was wondering if there is a way to fix the fan? Would I be able to push it back into place or is a replacement needed?
