Where to put thermal paste on Xbox one cpu

The thermal paste was originally all over the CPU however I'm wondering do I just put it on the middle bit or the whole elevated bit.

thnk you, my cpu dropped like 20 degrees after using it, the old paste was very old tho.

I don't see any fingerprints but I have worked on enough xboxes to know what needs thermal paste

That was quite a lot, would be a lot even for a PC CPU, personally I would clean some of it off as it will spread out when the heater is put on with the xclamp
