WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is a somewhat generic error for a hardware issue.

First time I had this error a few weeks ago was due to bad RAM. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool and it detected problems. I also ran a memtest86 and after failing it I got the memory replaced, which fixed it.

Second time I got this error it was because of bad configuration in BIOS. I was tinkering with the settings there and changed something that caused BSODs with this error. Resetting the BIOS to default helped.

I was going to say that a WHEA could be almost anything. Why I asked for his specs.  Talking of specs,  how does the AK620 cope with that 5800X?

Hitting 90C within seconds on multithreaded Cinebench R23. Playing Cyberpunk it's around 75-80ish. DeepCool support say 90C is normal for a 5800X on multithreaded R23 though it seems pretty high to me considering Gamers Nexus had a pretty positive video about the cooler.

Long story short so I don't derail the thread too much, the retention bracket screw broke off when remounting and I'm thinking it may have had a defect from the start. Thermal paste layer looked thick and not spread out well as if pressure isn't being applied properly. I'll find out when the new brackets arrive.
