PC has this weird extra sound

My PC suddenly got this weird buzzing kinda sound and idk what it could be as I have never heard similar, checked the fans they are fine, help appreciated

Sorry, but.... I can't hear anything in the video? Maybe it's too quiet but I have my volume up high and only hear the fans.

My Build (5800X3D, RTX 3070)

It's heard very clearly but that's because I know how it sounded before, if you listen closely there is two sounds, the PC fans and some extra buzzing that sound like some old fridge or something going bad
