I need help

I'm building my pc right now and I have a problem.

I builted the hardware already month ago in a carton (not enough money) all worked perfectly fine.

Today I got my case, so I moved the hardware and connected all cabels and the other stuff. 

Now I want to start my pc but it don't want to, the motherboard and the GPU have a problem with the power they blink up every millisecond but the fans of the PSU run constant but the rest just for a millisecond and there is a contant clicking

What should I do?
