Black only printer for cheap?

So basically I have just discovered that the colour Epson inkjet printer I have at the moment has lost the ability to communicate with Cyan ink carts.

 

It won't print black despite the black cart being fine because the cyan has an issue, I think this is ridiculous so I'm getting rid of it.

 

I print probably less than 25 pages a week at home so there is no point buying a fancy laser printer for that, can someone recommend me a cheap but reliable black printer?

I'm only making a thread because of the volume of printers available for what I want, maybe someone is using one and it's good...

I have the Brother HL-2280DW and love it (same as 2270DW with scanner/copier). It is probably urgent, but otherwise they go on sale for really cheap every black Friday.

 

I highly recommend going laser, especially for B&W printing. The ink lasts soooooo much longer, and doesn't dry out like injket toner.

This. I've got the HL-2280DW as well, but wanted the scan function. I'd recommend either.
