I have a nzxt h7 flow.  Wondered if 3x 140mm fans in front intake, 1x 120mm on back out take and 360mm aio on top out take. Will that setup be ok for pressure ect.  Thanks.

It would be a positive pressure case.  Aio fans don’t actually evacuate a ton of air though it depends very heavily on which AIO it is

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I have a deepcool castle 360ex aio but use a set of bitfenix spectre se 120mm argb fans on it. The back of the case is also the same fan. But the front 3 are 140mm phanteks  sk140mm.

Brands and models mean little to me as the main difference between a chap fan and an expensive one is longevity not power.  The power differences exist but the are small.  140s have more cfm than a 120, but worse static pressure.  The 140s may not do you much good.  I can see them simply pushing their max static pressure into the case and it just sitting there.

So would going for 7 120mm fans being better. Front intake and tge rest out takes. My aio can fit top and front. Thought it would be better on top.

It would still be positive pressure I think.  I think possibly be somewhat less but it could be more, because while the 120s blow less air they are better at it.  In a positive pressure situation it might just mean a higher final positive pressure.  A lot of this depends on how much cfm that radiator produces.  It will be less than if it was just the fans, but I have no idea how much less.

So. Is positive preasure good or bad.  Or do i need to go neutral.

It’s meh.  The big thing is to avoid heavy positive or negative.   Heavy positive or negative don’t cool as well. The advantage of positive is dust bunnies don’t build up in weird places as all the intake goes through the filter, like it can with negative, which will draw air through evenly crack in the case. Negative generally collects less total dust though.  What I have heard is the ideal is just barely positive.  Like barely bends a hair positive.    The disadvantage of positive is the filters need to be cleaned more often the dust goes into a convenient place, but it also needs to be removed regularly.
