Should I get a 3070 or a 3080

I'm not sure what video card to get I currently have a 2070 with a i7 12700k I play 1080p 240hz would it be worth it to get a 3080 instead of a 3070

I wouldn’t even bother upgrading to either card unless your 2070 is having problems or you’re finding games where you can’t hit the desired framerate, and if that’s the case then I’d jump to the 3080 to get a much larger upgrade over the 3070 from a 2070

3080 will give you better performance. Worth? Only you can answer that. It's your money.

Which games? What settings? For a lot of games, 240Hz at 1080p will push a 3080 if you crank the details up. For others, a 3070 is complete overkill at 1440p.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

I play valorant at low settings and minecraft at highish settings sometimes other steam games

IMO, you do not need a 3080.
