GPU fans spinning and lighting up but not being detected

Hello everyone i recently bought 3 3070s that the seller could not get working the fans spin and the gpus light up but my computer is not recognizing its there i checked device manager and task manager and nothing they are still under warranty so worst case i send them to msi and asus but I'm curious about what could have caused this i know its not my pcie slot because im currently writing this with my 2080 installed

if they are under warranty, better off just sending them in for repair/replacement imo, instead of trying to mess with them potentially making the issue(s) worse.

thank you i appreciate you replying to my thread i was leaning towards that solution its probably the best and would save me  trouble
