Im trying to clean up my pc and I was wondering if I could delete these without any issues?

As long as no software you use requires them, you can remove them. Most likely they were installed by some game that requires a specific version to work. If you remove them, whatever software depends on them will either stop to work, or simply reinstall it the next time you try to run it.

Removing them wont make your computer cleaner or run faster.
