So I just got the new consair monitors 2 CORSAIR - XENEON 32QHD165 32” IPS LED QHD FreeSync Premium Monitor and G-Sync Compatible with HDR400 165Hz (DP, HDMI, and USB-C) - Black. I'll looking yo buy in October. I'm just looking for someone who can build me a PC till then. Would definitely want a 3080+ graphics card. But again willing to raise my budget.

looking to buy in October is a long ways away, I recommend asking for more recommendations when you are very close to buying, because the market will look very different.

This list leaves a lot of room for upgrades. You can get a more stylish motherboard, more ram, a fancier CPU cooler, or tons of RGB. You can fit a 3090 in if you wish too. Ideally prices will keep going down over the next few months.
