Literally any ATX case.

Get an i3-12100 and a B660 board. It will perform better than the Ryzen 3100, cost less, and have a better upgrade path.

The cheap 400W PSU is not going to be adequate for a system with a Vega 56.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Ryzen 7 5800X3D | ASRock X570 PG Velocita | PowerColor Red Devil RX 6900 XT | 4x8GB Crucial Ballistix 3600mt/s CL16

Thanks for helping a n00b!

Here is what I picked.  I forgot about pcpartpicker.com . And of course, i forgot about getting Windows But, I can increase my budget accordingly.

Let me know what you guys think.  Eventually, I will buy more storage.  I am replacing my Wal-Mart gaming PC that I bought during the pandemic. That PC will become my work PC, and some gaming, of course.

Although it’s over budget at 720 dollars by 70 dollars I suggest this pc:https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Pcbuild12123/saved/66RMCJ with this gpu from ebay:https://www.ebay.com/itm/284885977163?epid=7050209796&hash=item425487084b:g:ElAAAOSwqtxixRGF because it’s the ABSOLUTE best you can get for that price with a 12100f and a 6600 xt so gpu performance is that of a 1000-1200 dollar pc and I did cheap out a bit on the case and ram but their still good. A LOT better than a 3100+ a Vega 56. And don’t worry about the warning pc part picker is giving on that list it just means you have to update you bios after building

Please do not buy a windows copy at full price but it from https://www.cdkeys.com or https://www.g2a.com their not a scam I and many people as well as YouTubers have used them and gotten a windows key for around 20 bucks but is still suggest the list I sent the most as it has the performance of a 1000-1200 dollars pc in gpu heavy games and also good performance in cpu heavy games and there will not be a better price for something like that
