My First PC Build (Advice Needed)

I Forgot to include some details:

-I have two monitors (165hz and 60h)

-I plan to use this for gaming as well as college.

-I would like to stay around this price range.

-I'm kinda new to PC building, but from the research i've done this is the build i've come up with. I Just wanted to post on this forum and ask for some advice from people who know more than me.

Also thrown in a double monitor arm. Lost vital desk space as a student when I had double monitors when using included stands. Those monitor arms are worth it:

Monitor arms are indeed great. But on a limited budget, maybe go for something cheaper than 150$ if you just use it as a stand and do not actively move monitors around. I have a semi-garbage tier sub 50$ one and its ok if you dont need fine adjustments on height and such stuff.
