Green Screen on Twitch and Youtube for Livestreams

Hello everyone! I have a slight issue with my monitor displaying a green screen when I would like to watch a live stream on Twitch or YouTube. I'm running an MSI GTX 1660 GPU with a DELL U2515H. It's also worth noting that I can have MSI Afterburner open and I can hover my mouse over it and it will take the green screen away for 20 minutes or so then it will come back. It will do this for a couple of streamers but not all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
