After installing Windows 11, stuck on VGA LED after shutdown or reboot, but turning it off and on makes it work!?

Nasert

Whenever my PC turns on (either from being powered off or from rebooting) it gets stuck in the VGA LED light from my Motherboard. I then have to press the power on button twice manually for it to actually post and boot onto Windows, where all works perfectly fine.

This has happened since I updated my BIOS to the newest version (MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus - Bios version: 7C37vAH) to be able to upgrade to Windows 11. Used the installation tool to manually install Windows 11 since the PC Health Check said my system met the requirements but I wasn't able to update through Windows Update.

I've tried disabling Fast Boot, but that didn't help either...

Any ideas?

I would suggest looking to see if there is a VBIOS update for your graphics card, if there is no update it could be an issue with the new BIOS so would reach out to the manufacturers support to raise the issue.

Thanks for the feedback! I have raised the issue as a ticket in the MSI support system but that takes a long time to get resolved, so I was just trying to see if anyone here had a magic solution to it haha
